| ‘Little Wold (formerly Ardenvale)’ development could go ahead -unless we act now… Planning permission for the proposed housing estate on AONB land just outside Groombridge was refused by Wealden Planning Committee in July, but the developers, Earlswood Homes, have now published their appeal against the decision to the UK government’s Planning Inspectorate. If you submitted a response to the original planning application you should have received an email or letter detailing the developers appeal. The Steering Committee is currently reviewing the details of the appeal and will shortly provide guidance on next steps, and how to submit a response to the Planning Inspectorate.
